About David Schwartz
David has been with the firm since 2006 and with the Red Bank Networking Group since 2007. David specializes in providing audit, review and compilation services for closely-held businesses and real entities such as community associations.

For real estate clients, David performs agreed-upon procedures including fraud detection, forecasting and transition reports for sponsors and management companies.

Prior to joining Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C., David worked for a regional CPA firm performing audit, accounting, SEC and tax work for a diverse client base. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Community Associations InstituteÑNew Jersey Chapter, where he also participates on the golf committee.
